MEET THE TEAM

 

     2 Chefs Catering is owned and operated by Ryan and Tricia Peterson since 2009. They attended LeCordon Bleu in Scottsdale, AZ together and received associate culinary degrees. 

     Born and raised in Hoyt and Mayetta, KS, Ryan and Tricia feel like they know what people in this area expect when it comes to a good catering experience, and want to go above and beyond that. Not only do they cater any-size party, they personalize it so that it is special to you, and not routine.  

     They can cater in Topeka and in surrounding areas.

Ryan Peterson

HEAD CHEF

 

Ryan graduated from culinary school in 2009. Since then he has worked at various restaurants in Topeka, KS and Phoenix, AZ. He was kitchen manager at Blind Tiger for a year, kitchen manager at Top of the Tower for 2 years and worked for Aboud's Catering for over 5 years. In Arizona Ryan worked at Michael's Catering and Olives and Ivy. 

 

Ryan loves cooking for friends and family as well as professionally.

BAKER & FRONT OF THE HOUSE MANAGER

 

Tricia also went to culinary school but finds baking to be more appealing. She enjoys making specialty desserts including creme brule, scones and other confections for the Millennium Cafe. She also runs the website, social media accounts and other various office work for both the cafe and the catering business. 

Tricia is a Washburn University graduate and enjoys writing, reading and blogging in her free time.
